I am a 22 year veteran of all aspects of the custom home building and real estate industries. I am a licensed North Carolina General Contractor and have earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) Designations from the National Association of Home builders. My technical expertise in home building is surpassed only by my passion for delivering the best value and experience to our customers. Prior to starting Elm Street Builders, I managed Chris Weir Homes where I built homes in every municipality in the Triangle. By partnering with quality minded investors and builders, my home building and general contracting companies have earned top ratings by both customers and Realtors. Before settling into the Triangle area in 2007, I was an executive level operator of home building companies in the Midwest and Mid Atlantic. My specialties include construction operations, purchasing, sales and customer service.
